We passed this restaurant on the way back from Van Gogh Museum and were charmed by its subdued elegance and decided to give it a try for dinner. The restaurant is very elegant indeed with very comfortable velvet armchairs to relax in whilst eating, the view of the canal at night is breathtaking, the service is efficient and professional and the food is more than delicious. A limited but very tempting menu, we had the steak tartare and grilled lobster, which was fresh and perfectly cooked. Good choice of wines by the glass for moderate drinkers like us, incredibly good value. We were sorry to have to leave the next day, defintely recommend.
